Reality TV star Kirk Medas, best known for his time on MTV’s Floribama Shore, has sadly passed away at the age of 33. He had been in critical condition for nearly two weeks, battling a life-threatening illness known as necrotizing pancreatitis.

Kirk had been in the ICU and on a ventilator after being diagnosed with the severe illness. According to his family, he later developed liver failure, which ultimately led to his passing.
